#Grandma's Gift Shop#DO NOT BUY#Terrible Refund Policy

DO NOT BUY from Grandma's Gift Shop!!
I ordered this "Flying Fairy" on Oct 12.  It finally came on Nov 3 packaged in a
flimsy plastic mailing bag, no cushioning at all.  The box was crushed and the
cheap plastic fairy was broken.  There were NO instructions.  I contacted the
company via email - the only way you can communicate with them.  Their response
was a 25% refund for damage in the packaging which they claim to have no control
over, or "By any chance that the product is damaged, we will be more that happy to
replace the item at no extra cost.  Kindly provide us a short video showing the state of 
the product upon delivery and the nature of your concern, along with" your info.  "We shall 
forward this to our department for inspection and confirmation."
