Half way between Casa Grande and Phoenix, with its affordable housing and established infrastructure, potential residents will be searching newly built homes in Maricopa. Maricopa is a “bedroom” community with beautiful golf courses, formal and casual restaurants, boutique businesses as well as the convenient big box stores and will soon have its own hospital. 
Chaparral Pines is a private country club and golf course in Payson, AZ. The homes range from $300,000+ cottages to spectacular multi-million dollar log-sided mansions. OB Sports Golf Management of Scottsdale is operating the club. Under new ownership and management, Chaparral Pines short sale and foreclosure inventory is down significantly from last year. Home sales have increased significantly and the average sales price is up $80,000 in 2011.
