PhoenixMartwill be a 1.5 million square foot multi-industry distribution center with nearly 2,000 product suppliers from around the globe offering more than half a million products to both wholesale and retail customers. This one of a kind commercial center is due to open in 2013. This colossal project will not only create construction jobs, it will create all kinds of business and employment opportunities. And, with this growth, comes the demand for homes. Maricopa is going to be the place to live. Half way between Casa Grande and Phoenix, with its affordable housing and established infrastructure, potential residents will be searching newly built homes in Maricopa.
